Our central air went out late Friday night and an early morning call on Saturday to Plumb Pros resulted in service within 3 hours. Alfonso checked everything out and gave us an estimate for repair or replacement of a 21 year old unit. We chose to replace and within 3 hours he returned with Brandon and a new unit. They worked for three more hours and came back on Sunday and spent several hours completing the job. They were careful, neat, and articulate and answering all of our questions. We were very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys!

The service from the company as well as the technician were outstanding. Very respectful and gave details of diagnostic and repair along the way.

Had Plumb Pros do a concrete pad and path, Crew was Professional really liked they were dressed in uniform, did a great job of cleaning up Really happy with the job Ryan preformed!!  Also purchased the ProActive Preventive maintenance program and having my furnace serviced before fall.

Plumb Pros has worked for our condo HOA for a couple of years.  Recently they did some work on a unit and charged $1860 for 4 hours of work.  Last I checked plumbing supplies were pretty inexpensive.  So with 2 people, one guy maybe running to the van for supplies, their hourly rate works out to be about $225 per hour per person. Our HOA started calling them out on their pricing and asked for more details and breakdown for time and materials on the proposals they provide. Their VP rudely parted ways with our management company.  If you need plumbing work, look elsewhere.

Alfredo and Brandon did a great job at my house yesterday.  They were quick, personable and had good insight on future upgrades that I might need.  Tankless water heater seems to be the way to go.  Thanks again and good to know that if you live near a Cottonwood tree that it is probably wreaking havoc on your Air conditioner filter.
