I had a great experience with this company.  I have rental properties and will use Payless for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.  I have had some experiences with other companies in the past with high prices, but felt that Payless was very fair and I did not experience any drop in service levels or professionalism.

Woke up to a leaking hot water heater this morning and Payless was able to replace it the same day. 
Very professional, courteous, careful, and did an excellent job for a good price with no additional / surprise fees. We will definitely be calling Payless again next time we need plumbing or heating work.

 Tom seem very compitant and fairly nice to work with but not very patient on a commercial property manager and I'm constantly putting fires out all over the city and unfortunately had tom waiting just too long for his liking which puzzled me considering he charges hourly and I never question is rate.  I'd stand around on one leg for five hours if I got paid $30 an hour to do it but like he said he just didn't need me and my fairly consistent business  and that's really the story of our time isn't it the days of the customers knows best and earning a clientele Is just gone

Easy to contact and arrange service, reasonable prices, and I trust their work. This is my only call anymore for plumbing service at my home or rental properties.
