Requested for a plumber to come out to free up a blockage  in our main kitchen sink line on Monday.  The next day a plumber came out and took a look at it Saying " They would need to bring in another plumber who is more experienced to handle the issue".  The following day (Wednesday) we heard no word on when they where coming back out. Finally reached out to some one on (Thursday) about not hearing back on the service day only to find out that they did come. But did not stay because they could not find parking in our buildings loading Dock. I never received a call from anyone in the company letting us know of the situation on that day or even to set up a rescheduled time.
