Friends took me and then we never went back.  Two weeks ago I decided to find this gem on my own - got lost but found someone who directed me 'down the hill, make a right, left under the I-5 ...' and 1/2 fresh oysters, bowl of clam chowder, and a sea bass sandwich, plus a bottle of soda - and I was so stuffed and a happy camper!  Everything was delicious.  I had 1/2 a container of chowder left which I ate the next day.  Still deeeelicious!  I went back yesterday - didn't get lost - and had the jalapeno and mussels - gloriously awesome - as was the hot chowder, which I finished.  Then the mussels - the kitchen made me happy by listening to my request to go mild on the peppers.  Go, be well-fed happy and enjoy.  The sweet gal who took my order remembered me from the week before and that is a fun experience for me.

Fantastic meal. There was a bit of a wait for a table. But once we sat down the food came out pretty quick. The Cioppino soup was outstanding. We also had fish tacos that were amazing. Small but really nice selection of craft beer. Definitely going back if we ever get back to California.

Freshest fish in town! Delicious tacos! If you love fish, then you need to try this place. Been going for years. Two downsides: parking and wait. Parking is iffy, need to be patient and bring coins. Wait time is often 45min to an hour, standing the whole time. Magically when you order there is a table for you. Wait is worth it. Fantastic fish, done right.

Good food.. real fresh and big fish portions on the tacos. The only down side. We were sat outside and it was a nice cool day but when the wind was picking up all I was getting was a strong urine smell from next door.. that sucks this was killing my good experience at this place.

Get here early! Great selection of fresh fish. Fish taco was outstanding. Good selection of ways to prepare the fish. Blackened was awesome as well as lemon pepper. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Good selection of beers as well.
