Food was so juicy and savory, Wellington Meatloaf could just be eaten with a fork. The Man Beer is now my favorite drink in all of San Diego. Best of all, the atmosphere is so perfect. Great calm lighting with awesome choice in music and comfy chairs. The staff was the nail in the coffin for what made me decide this as my favorite restaurant in all of SD. The Staff was friendly, personable, attentive, and attractive. No imbelishment this place is a need to visit.

This place is amazing! I love the house that they have converted over to a restaurant, it has a great vibe and it is located in a great place. Parking is a bit difficult, I would recommend going on Uber or bike sharing. The wait is usually 15-20 minutes and this place is very popular. The food is amazing, everything I have had there is great. Recommend the french toast as it is creamy, well baked, and delicious. The staff always seemed busy but they were very friendly and I would definitely be going again soon

Food was amazing! Best bacon I've ever had. The French toast was perfect and a huge portion. The cinnamon butter they came with was delicious as well. Drinks were good and staff was all super nice. Place gets busy hut worth the wait

Fun flare restaurant with huge portion sizes. They have a dog friendly outside seating area and great customer service. Front entrance has stairs but there is a handicap accessible side entrance.

I've been here twice. Each time my wife and I get something new. The Curried Lamb Bowl and the Pot Pie are amazing. My wife had the Wild Boar with the Fresh Strawberry Lemonade, and she loved it all. The location is great, they have outdoor seating with fans and heaters, the staff are friendly, and the rest of the menu seems to be outstanding as well. The restaurant is a repurposed Victorian home with a very unique Oceania decor, setting the stage for an equally unique meal. The only reason I'm withholding the fifth star is due to pricing. Each of those entrees cost about $20, the Lemonade costs $5, and the drinks are ~$15. I'd be here regularly if it was more economical. This being said, if you're an adventurous foodie, this place is sure to please.
