Very nice stay. Room was cozy. Got the room with the hot tub and that was pretty baller. The free breakfast was a little lackluster, but whatever. Overall, it was cheap, cozy, and close to lots of other stuff

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel during our USA roadtrip. The welcome was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious with tv and microwave and there was a bathtub to our surprise. Breakfast was basic: cereal, bagels with cream cheese and some fruits (apples and oranges), but we did not expect more with these prices. We had a great time and would gladly return.

The location is really the best thing about this aging property. This is what you are paying for. You are right across from the village and many restaurants. The pool and hot tub were very clean but small. The bathroom is old and the large bathroom window does not lock. Poor water pressure. The parking is limited, so if you have more than one car per room, the second car will not be allowed to park on site. Good luck finding parking nearby. It's acceptable but pricey. I would only stay here if you absolutely had no other options. In addition, I've tried to call a number of times to retrieve my phone charger and no one answers the phone. I have no idea why it has a four star rating.

Location is good but the housekeeping and security was very, very bad. The door didn't lock! We had them fix it but when we came back late at night nobody was to be found in the front desk, our key no longer worked!!! So they fixed the mechanism but now it kept us out of our own room. The bathtub had long hairs in the wall and they stayed there all 4 nights because they didn't clean it once. Gross!!!!

Love it here! Convenient location, close to the lake and many restaurants and also a wonderful dog park which my two pups had a great time visiting. Check-in was fast, parking is plentiful and easy to get to and they use pet-safe salt. The beds are very comfortable, the room is clean and pleasant, and the shower head is low enough that even I, a gnome, can effectively wash my hair and actually feel clean. My only complaints are that the toilet is very tall and there aren't very many outlets near the beds for phone chargers. Other than those two things, this hotel has been excellent in every way and I fully intend on staying here whenever I'm in Tahoe.
