I give 5 stars for saving $500 in 2 days. There is no pool. It isn't a resort in the Bahamas. But everything is clean and slowly being updated (Yes, it's old). The owner, concierge is very friendly and helpful. Don't book this for half price and then compare it to the double price casino rooms!

The front desk lady Lisa is very nice and friendly. Free breakfast includes an assortment of donuts, 2 types of cereals, apples, milk, coffee, lemonade. May not be the cleanest and newest hotel around but for the price and location (directly across Heavenly Village) that you can't beat. Surrounding is quite. We accidentally left our keys in the key hole and good thing Lisa saw it and knocked at our door to inform us. There was once a swimming pool but it's already filled with gravel. Overall a good place to stay in Tahoe.

Very nice, clean and safe. A great price and a great place to stay. The owner was helpful and couldn't be nicer. Thank you so much

Walking distance to casinos and numerous restaurants a diffintly a plus. No coffee in room. The lobby ready at 8 a negative. I'll shop around more next visit but not a bad price and it's clean

I had to leave the motel. They were charging me $250/ nt since I booked a week ago ( last minute for an event). It was moldy, dirty, and the bed and towels had Hair on them. There were bugs and a huge mosquito. No air-conditioning and a furnace that was hanging off the wall and was still warm. The lamp shade was so worn and delaminated it looked like it could catch on fire. Every corner of the room has mold and the carpet has huge fluid stains. The shower is so bad that you want to wear shoes. The Health Department needs to check them out. I think they would be fined.
