The room had stains all over the carpet, the vinyl flooring in the bathroom had serious water damage and was bubbling and uneven, the faucet handles had to be changed because they wouldn't turn off, and the toilet overflowed every time with solid waste. I thought it was weird they had a toilet plunger sitting next to the toilet. Explains the horrible stains all over the bathroom floor I guess. Disgusting. How can they not notice the floor is like that? Other than the bathroom area, the room appeared decently clean and the beds were comfortable. You get what you pay for. Just don't plan on being in the room very much.

Bathrooms are nasty, overflowing toilets problems. The hotel is trying to cover the mold problems by putting wallpaper even on ceilings, worn down furniture and they are not trying to be vintage at all, the furniture is just old and not well maintained, carpets extremely dirty and full of stains, vinyls floor aren't any better, water damages, plus mold all over the room walls. I got sick the first 15 minutes in the room caused by the mold. Breakfast basic, the cheapest that any place can offer, so they can say it's included. Others rooms looked a little better, but they shouldn't be offering service, until they fix up the place. It's a shame they are in really good location and a lot of potential but the installations need urgent updates, the owner need to care more and I'm sorry but the health department need to get involved.

This is an excellent value in the heart of Tahoe, close to the casinos and walking distance to the lake and beach. The price is a bargain, but of course the hotel is a bit older, and the rooms are outdated by a couple decades and could use some updates. The room was clean though, and furnished well. The pool was small and crowded very easily, and the lobby provided only water and a vending machine. So don't expect much besides a place to rest your head here while saving a lot of money and being close to everything. Staff was courteous and housekeeping was good. A solid deal and recommended if you're looking for an affordable place to stay.

Awesome staff Carlos was very helpful when I got locked out of my bathroom The staff is always helpful and courteous of my schedule and I will continue to stay at this great location . Rooms have fireplace which is awesome in Lake Tahoe for the winter nights.

Great location, rooms were very clean and had all the necessities. However, on our second day, maintenance men came unannounced to switch out the room's cable box. We received no prior notice from the front desk. Other than that, we had a great stay at the inn.
