Last weekend, we stayed in one of their newly renovated king rooms. The room was spotless and very comfortable. One short counter made a nice little kitchenette area that consisted of a microwave, mini fridge and sink. They also had dishes and silverware in the cupboards, in case we felt like making something for ourselves. The only con to the room was that the walls were a little thin. We could hear the occupants next door - their TV and their conversation, which was a little uncomfortable once we realized that they could probably hear us just as clearly. Something else to keep in mind is that they only have valet parking, which costs $29/day. There is a parking garage around the corner that might be cheaper (though I'm not exactly certain of the price/day for the garage, since we just decided to give in the valet thing). It's a nice location, though - right in the heart of Heavenly, literally within steps of the gondola. Harrahs is practically next door. And the hotel is literally surrounded by artsy shops and nice restaurants. So, all in all, it was a very pleasant stay. Friendly hotel staff and comfortable, impeccably clean rooms.

Beautiful hotel in Heavenly, South Lake Tahoe. They only offer valet parking and it was $29 a day. Valet guys were friendly and efficient. Concierge were great, the girl working there was very helpful with giving me great suggestions on hiking trails. She recommended some great trails and we enjoyed all of them. The front desk wasnt as helpful, that is the one area that could use some of improvement. Our cards were deactivated on our last day, prior to our check out and they refused to give us each a new card. I had run out to get coffee and could not get back to my room because the card is needed for the elevator to work. The girls at the front desk didn't help at all.

Good location and solid quality (stayed in one bedroom apt with a fully furnished kitchenette, washing machine etc). Nice pool and BBQ Options. Hotel is quite upfront about not offering upgrades. Staff were quite accommodating, very friendly though a bit "by the book". Would stay again.

The location is good, right next to gondola, although it was off-season when I stayed. There are plenty of eateries in the area, and a strip mall down the street with grocery store. I stayed just one night in a one bedroom villa, that had been recently renovated: great decor, comfortable bed, nice amenities, and pleasant staff. I’d come again during the ski season.

Nice rooms recently updated. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The activities department has something new everyday to keep your stay entertaining. The pool is outdoors but heated at 86° . They also have two firepits in the pool area. Its located next to Heavenly village so lots of shops in walking distance.
