I live down the street from the  bank, it's my local bank for about 10years, super super super slow service in everyway. The tellers are nice but slow. The bank reps take a hour to get anything done. The only person with half a brain is the branch manager. I have to wait a hour to get a simple direct deposit form signed for my job. This bank makes me hate chase.

Very bad experience at this bank! I'm glad I decided to walk out of there. Definitely check out 5/3 bank on the other side! Excellent service and they don't discriminate!
