This is one of the best BMW dealer and service center in the MA area. I've purchased 5 cars here and serviced them all here. There was one time I purchased a car at a different dealer and I ended up coming back here. The sales representatives and managers are great as well as the folks in the service center. The facility is quiet so getting some work done while waiting for your car is not an issue. The bagels and muffins are from Panera, delicious. The restrooms are clean and easily accessible, one on each floor. The waiting area have comfortable chairs and TVs are available if you want to watch something rather work. I have recommended this dealer to friends who have made purchases here as well. For those that give low rating, tell people why. Don't generalize. Not providing specifics does no one any good, both people looking for more information and the dealer looking to improve or right what was wrong.

A couple of months ago I received a recall notice, the notice says “if you smell or see smoke pull over call 911 DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE”... guess what I see and smell? I called to schedule an appointment and I was told there is no fix yet. I said, “what do I do in the meantime, I drive my car for a living”... I was told “Hopefully it doesn’t catch on fire GOOD LUCK!” No loaner no rental GOOD LUCK. The smoke and smoke smell fills the cabin and is unbearable and because of this I can’t work. GOOD LUCK! And to the owner, general manager etc... don’t message me begging me to take this down.

I love all the copy and paste emails from multiple sales people/bots. They’re also kind enough to add “RE:” to the email subject line to trick you into thinking they’re following up to one of your previous emails. The best part was when they emailed asking if they’re emailing me too much – so thoughtful!

PLEASE READ!! AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR BMW!!! This past week I had my wife bring the BMW in for a routine oil change and diagnostic checkup. Our experience as to describe it was disappointing on one level and incredibly deceitful on another. For the oil change, the highlights were that my wife was told upon arrival that she did not have an appointment which they scrambled after she showed them the confirmation for the appointment. After that she had to wait 2 and half hours to complete the work. That is what that is but now to why I am writing this review. My wife drives home that day aggravated by the horrible customer service and waste of time. I take the car the next day to go to work and after about 20-25 minutes driving I check the oil. THE OIL LEVEL WAS HALF FULL! I take a picture to send to BMW. Their response is you have enough oil!! No apology or feeling that they did something wrong. The manager of the place was on the email response so it was not like their management was not aware. Very aggravating and disappointing that they would treat a customer like that. But now the BIGGER ISSUE!! The diagnostic check said that they was more than $10,000 of work needed with most of it being identified as being critical. One item identified was that the car had an oil leak. Over the previous 12 months and after 12,000 miles, there had been no oil added to the car and the car when my wife brought it in still had plenty of oil!! I am in the process of confirming the other items by my friend who is a mechanic but this is very deceitful at best at this point. THE POINT IS DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE AND DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Several issues arose during the procurement of a CPO car. Eventually, Alex Archer was able to assist in resolving most of the issues with the car. It was a learning experience for myself and the dealership and I will never purchase a car sight unseen again.
