I had the pleasure of working with Lloyd again in purchasing my second Honda Civic! Both of my experiences with him have been equally pleasant. Lloyd was very easy to work with and very motivated which is why I was able to drive off in my brand new 2017 Civic within a few days. His professionalism, attitude, and motivation are not hard to notice. Lloyd went out of his way, even on his days off to help the process of getting me into my new car. If anyone is in the market for a Honda, please go give Lloyd a visit. Best Sales Rep I have had the pleasure of working with!

I had an awesome experience with Sales person, Stanley Lara. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Car dealers tend to be intimidating for women as we're often "taken advantage of" when coming in alone, but Mr. Lara was super accommodating, helpful, and invested in finding the right car for me! The customer service experience from the front desk and other staff was very nice as well. Would highly recommend seeing Stanley!

If I could give this place negative ratings I would. We had the most horrible experience purchasing a car at this place last June. Our sales man Rich Green was awesome and did what he could to help us. But he had very limited authority. The second level person that we dealt with treated us with no respect and honesty. He went as far as lying just so he could dishonor his prior quote. Yes their price was better than other dealers in the area but I would be more than happy to pay a few hundred bucks more and buy from other places if I knew what we would have gone through. Anyway, we got the car and decided to put the whole experience in the past thinking that we would never have to encounter them ever again. Unfortunately I had to call them today because we took the car to another dealer to address some issues and were informed that the inspection sticker was missing and they need it on the car in order to legally test drive. They also advised that the sticker should have been put on before they let us drive the car home (because we paid for it). So I called this place today and first spoke with a woman at service briefly who knew nothing about the sticker and showed no interest to help and told me I need to talk to sales. The woman at sales was very rude and impatient. She was trying to end the conversation before even understanding what the issue was. And as soon as she finally realized the issue, she was blaming us, the customer, for not picking up the sticker before leaving their place and for waiting “a year” to ask. How ridiculous! We would have never left with a brand new car if someone there did not specifically tell us we were all set to go. And they have no shame to think that we should do the job for them and it’s our fault not catching it until a few months later. I myself am in client service industry and I could never ever imagine treating my clients with such horrible attitude and mindset. It only tells me that they don’t care about their customers who are there to do business with them which is why they have a job. I would do everything to avoid dealing with that place ever again and I did not even bother bringing my car back to get the sticker - I just paid to have it done somewhere else. They made me very upset and angry. If you don’t want your days ruined, avoid this place.

I recently purchased an odyssey from BOCH Honda. The sales rep Stanley Lara did an excellent job with the test-drive and showing me all the new features on the car. He worked with me on the price and got me a good deal. Even after the purchase was finalized he has been very helpful answering all my questions.

Excellent experience buying a CR-V at Boch Honda in Norwood, MA. Ask for Amine, a very experienced Senior Sales Consultant. He knows every technical detail, gives a tremendous test drive, is super friendly. The while process with him was low pressure and enjoyable. I could not recommend anyone more. You won't regret it!
