Spenser Lackey was an excellent salesperson.  He was knowledgeable, comfortable with people, had fun at his job, did not let any details fall through the cracks.  At the time, I remember thinking what an unusual combination of personal qualities.  He was relaxed and not pushing for the sale.  I imagine that he can relate to all kinds of people.  It was a really good experience.

I recently purchased a certified 2015 Lexus 350rx and couldn't be happier! Marc Vigor in sales was amazing and made everything so easy! I never once felt hassled or rushed. Victor in finance made me feel at ease and did everything so efficiently! This is a great team and I highly recommend this location!

My experience at Lexus Sharon was a an excellent experience!  From the sales person Mike to the Cafe server Shirley.  They were all very nice and professional.  I looked at a used vehicle on a Sunday and Mike worked out  a deal within my budget with no pressure just asking me what i needed from him to buy the vehicle I was interested in.  He was very professional and great to deal with.  While I had to wait for my husband to look at the vehicle, it took him a few hours to get there, my 8 year old and I waited in the Cafe area - which was perfect.  We had hot cocoa and a coffee and he played while we waited.  Shirley was such a great host!  When I went to pick up the car it was seamless with the car waiting near the front doors, all heated up and ready to go.  thanks Mike for a great experience, you were great to deal with!!! The entire experience at Herb Chambers Lexus was fantastic. Spenser was a great salesperson - he made the buying experience a pleasure, and helped me to drive away in my IS 250 in no time. The service department is great as well. Will definitely be coming back.
