Michael helped me with the purchase of a new car for my wife.  He was pleasant, calm, and very insightful.  He steered us to a car that we fell in love with and didn’t even have in mind.  We ended up loving it more than any car we had come to look at.  My wife couldn’t be happier.  We recommend Boch, and we highly recommend Michael Ayoub.  Five stars!

Read all the way: things have gotten worse: 

If I could give a 0, I would. The sales department wasn't bad at all. The salesman I bought the car from was great. He didn't up sell me but the service department is god awful. The tires weren't balanced. When they inspected the car, they left trash behind and didn't finish the job as they left all of the seat belts fastened. When I had a flat, I went back because I have a warranty on the tires. They said "we can repair it". They lied. They endangered my life as it went flat an hour later on a busy road in the rain. I had to sit there waiting for AAA and every car that passed me I thought would hit me. They are careless and incompetent in the service department.

Update: When I bought my car, the sales department told me it had new tires on it. They lied. When I swapped my snow tires on, i found that one of the tires had a patch. This place is incapable of telling the truth and doing their jobs.When i tried to reach out to them to find out why that tire had a patch, I received a quick response saying they would look into it and then nothing. They do not care about anything but the sale. Once the car is sold they do not care about the lies they said to sell it or the warranty they sell. When I finally talked with the manager, Scott Braga, he was a jerk on the phone. He basically left it as I was wrong and that there was nothing he would do about the issues at hand. This place fits the very definition of sleazy used car dealership.

Further Update: I got BBB involved and at first Boch refused to respond to BBB. When they finally did respond, they didn't actually answer anything and then refused to work towards a resolution with me or BBB any more. BUYER BEWARE

I had such a fantastic experience with Boch New to You. Khalil was my salesperson and he was wonderful. He did not try to upsell me, just recommended the best value car for what I was looking for. A much better experience than the first time I purchased a vehicle. I would absolutely do business with Boch again. I’d give Khalil 6 stars if I could!

I had a great experience working with KC. He was very helpful polite and patient. He took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He’s a great salesman.

I recently purchased a car from this location and it was one of the simplest car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Both Michael and Todd worked with me on my budget and were honest and upfront about everything. Not only were they knowledgeable of their offerings but they were personable as well and there was no pressure to buy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
