I have now bought 2 cars from Joe Lovely at Jack Madden Ford.  I cannot recommend him enough.  I travel a lot for work and I need to buy cars every few years.  The process of buying a car is one of the least enjoyable things I have ever experienced; however, Joe has always been easy to deal with.  He is very accessible and flexible with your schedule and unlike other salesmen, Joe always treats you like a person and not just a sale.

Sales staff to aggressive for my liking. Service , the the staff is nice. That does not make up for the excuses.  I have been a customer for over a year now and have 4 company cars i send in for ford warranty work. Appointments are 1-2 weeks away when i call  what good is that when the car is broken? Not much. Once they do look at it there is 0 communication.  You have to call to get updated. Your car could literally sit there for weeks without them calling. My experience has also been it takes several attempts to fix a problem. Return visits, long wait times and its an expensive repair shop. I would look elsewhere .

Their regular service is fine, but if you need emergency service, forget it.  I went there because my lights stopped working entirely and I found out there is a recall for that failure.  They told me I need an appointment and the nearest one is 3 weeks away.  I told them "I can't wait that long.  My lights don't work.  I need them to."  All they did was move my appointment up a few days.  That is unacceptable.

Terrible dealer to try and work with. Waited over a week for a trade in value along with any trucks that met my criteria and got nothing. Made multiple calls reminding I waiting on this and was promised call or email that never came. Bought my current truck here but won't be buying my next as they just don't care.

What terrible service. Got up early with my Fiance to drive up and see a Ford Flex at 2. When we got there told the car was sold! Even called that morning to confirm the appointment. Why was i told to come in when the car was sold? Salesman tried to tell me about an older model on the lot and i did not want to hear it. I made an appointment and confirmed it to see a car they ended up selling on me. "You must understand we sell cars..." i was told. Uh huh but you dont sell the one some one has an appointment to see! Waisted my time and told them to loose my number they dont seem interested in my buisness.
