Excellent, professional service.  Tim Kelly, my client advisor, did a tremendous job helping me select the right car package with my desired options.  The buying process was timely, including final negotiation, without the 8 trips to the "Sales Manager" for approval.  Financing was also quick and painless, unlike the trapped pressure tactics at other auto dealers. Tim even drove my old car back to my home while I had to go back to business.  A great leasing experience.

I have been to 3-4 other BMW dealerships and this one, by far, is my favorite. It's somewhere I know I can go without having to worry about people trying to rip me off! Carmine is very knowledgeable about what he does and always makes sure that his clients leave with a smile on their face. I have always been accommodated greatly and know I can trust, not only Carmine, but the entire staff here. I've gone to them for every issue; big or small. Don't go by what all of these entitled and grumpy people below say - go in and see for yourself! They WILL take care of you!

Very professional and courteous dealership.  All employees from sales person to manager, everyone is highly customer oriented and I never felt that I am being pressurized to make a purchase.  They provided all the information that I needed to purchase my desired car. I will update the review about after sale services. I highly recommend the dealership. The pricing was good too.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BUY HERE -- READ THIS COMPLETELY

Not white? Don't look rich? Brown skin? Then they don't want to sell to you. Read on.

Me: (step down from my car. Wife/kids are still inside. We are excited to test drive a BMW. Switching from other luxury brands)

Front Desk Rep / Cindy Kovacs: What do you want?

Me: I want to buy a car.

Front Desk Rep / Cindy: Used or New?

Me: New.

Front Desk Rep / Cindy: What model?

Me: 5 Series. Your sign says "Service" everywhere. Do you do Sales as well?

Front Desk Rep / Cindy: Yes, we do.

Me: Great, let me go get my family.

Front Desk Rep / Cindy: Now wait, before you bring your family inside, let's talk numbers first. What's your budget? What can you afford?

Think about this carefully. She did not connect to me a salesperson. She saw me and assumed I could not buy this car. Assumed that I would hear the numbers and walk away. When I called her out on it, she changed her story. Completely denied it.

Here's what my experience was at ANOTHER  dealership.

Rep (non-BMW Bridgewater): How can we help you?

Me: I'm looking to buy a 5 Series.

Rep (non-BMW Bridgewater): Great. Have a seat. You can get water, coffee, other things while you wait. I will get a salesperson to come see you.
