I've brought my Lexus here multiple times, from regular service to when I had a flat tire. Every time, the service experience has been excellent. Everyone is very kind and extremely pleasant to work with (rare these days for service departments), they're expedient, and they get the job done — and very well. Overall, 100% happy.

I needed to replace my 10 yr old car and chose a Lexus.  My husband came with me.  Tony Esposito @ Lexus was very helpful, enthusiastic and worked hard to help me find a car I would love, and I did.  Three weeks later my husband's 10 yr old car needed to be replaced, and we went back to Tony and got another Lexus.  Tony's treatment of this deal was just as impressive the second time around, and the staff at Lexus of Bridgewater was very polite and friendly.  I very much recommend Tony and Lexus of Bridgewater.

From the moment I was picked up at the airport ( Newark ) by Steve until I left the lot with my car, I have to say that was the most pleasurable buying experience I could've asked for.  Every associate I encountered was professional and thorough in every aspect.  With special mention of my 1st contact on-line and patient Internet Business Facilitator Ms. Ashley Leal.  It was her constant communication and expert follow through that enabled me to purchase a used car from out of state with such ease.

Because of the several AMAZING experiences and outstanding treatment  I've received here, I'm giving this 5 STARS. PLEASE, if the Bridgewater dealership is not too far out of your reach and if you don't like feeling insignificant, I advise you to visit Bridgewater!

I was very pleased with my purchase until recently.   A Toyota SUV with 76,000 miles on it was purchased about 3 maybe 4 years ago.  This is my 4th Toyota and know their dependability!  I don't know if the dealer sold me a bad vehicle or BrakeMax messed up my vehicle when I went in for an oil change.  Because in the past 2 months, the check engine light has been on at least 3 times (I've lost count) and blinked once!  😨That hardly ever happens for Toyotas, especially when the person is taking care of it with routine maintenance!!  I was even told that because I'm having problems because I live in a warmer climate.  So, Toyotas don't run properly on the west coast?!  No worries, this review is going on BrakeMax as well because this is unacceptable!!  Something has got to give!!
