I knew what I wanted, so I sent a request for a quote to various dealers around the area. The internet person here at Green Brook was the only one who consistently responded quickly and completely (as in answering my questions in a direct manner). So leased my 2017 Acadia Denali from them.

To any review, ever to mention that car dealers are "pushy" have not understood that obviously the point is to move metal. In my case, the team at green brook GMC from our salesperson Michael to the front desk person everyone was professional and extremely upfront. They are a family business and i truly felt part of the family. Would 100% buy from here again.

From Teaneck to Green Brook there are many Dealerships. I was referred to GreenBrookGMC by a good friend who has shopped there a few times before and has always has a pleasant experience during the process. I purchased a Brand New SUV from them this passed week and they made my experience a unique one from A-Z the explained to me everything I need to know and how it works. I came here recently to purchase my first vehicle. They were extremely helpful and walked me through the process. I always viewed Buick as a quality brand, this dealership really shows that from the moment you walk in the door from the moment you pick your car up. Blew me away with their professionalism.

what do you think about the photos below, taken on a new Enclave w/ new seat cover the technician put on. is this normal on a new car? I know it will like so in a few years based on many factors like your weight, how you get on or out off the car and etc. the new seat should look like smooth, firm and sturdy, but in my wife's Enclave, before and after the repair, the seat looks so so fluffy, with warps and creases all over the places. Originally this is not GreenBrook dealership's fault, I bought this new Buick Enclave with 37 miles from Buick GMC in PA last December, it's an anniversary gift for my wife, she is the person to drive this car. The leather seats have all kinds of premature worn out and sunken, brought it to my NJ dealership in December for inspection, the service advisor said "oh man, I agree with you, it shouldn't look so in a brand new vehicle, you are right it looks like 3 years old" then they ordered the replacement leather cover, after the initial repair one week ago, it looks much worse than before. When I It looked like three years old before the service, now it looks like more than six years old, they agreed with me on that but now they told Buick GMC customer service saying they never said that and said that is what it is! What a shame.
