When I walked into Fullerton Ford and started to work with James, I didn't think that I would be walking out with a new vehicle!  Not only did James not make me feel pressured, I felt like he had my best interests in mind throughout the entire experience, letting me know both the positive and negative points of each vehicle that I looked at and completely letting me take my time throughout the experience.  I would compare my experience to that of buying from a trusted friend instead of what is traditionally thought of when working with a car salesman.

Service Center is very nice.  Was able to squeeze me in on just a days notice.  Dealt with Kayla and she was very helpful.  I would/will come back for more service if needed

Called ahead to inquire about a used car noon on Saturday.
Car was still available and it was pulled aside for me as I was coming from Long Island.
Price was good, service was great.  They addressed all questions I had about the car and even replaced a clamp that was making noise. No more noise.
Purchased the car on a Saturday afternoon and was able to drive it home that day.
Shy the salesman and Rob the sales manager were both friendly and easy to work with.  I would travel back to purchase another car, used or new from Fullerton.  Would be nice to have that level of service here on the island.  I have had plenty of car buying experience here on the island that was not enjoyable, to say the least.  Fullerton was an enjoyable car buying experience.

James Sheeley was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was impressed with the transaction from my initial phone call to when I drove my new truck home. The deal did not include the typical back and forth and I didn't have to deal with the smoke and mirrors that make me cringe when I think of past car buying experiences.   I love my new F-150, and I feel that I was treated well the entire time I was there, and that we settled on a very fair price. Thank you James, Rob, Joe, and Fullerton!

From purchase to service, I'm impressed with Fullerton Ford. The staff is very professional from the valet that takes the car to the service specialist. I feel that everything is well explained, and they are not constantly trying to sell me unnecessary services at any point. Dave Greenwald has been extremely responsive to any and all requests, and has gone above and beyond to make sure that my truck is 100%, giving a focus and attention to things that I don't really consider critical.
I bring my truck here even for routine oil changes even though I have to pass two other Ford dealers to get here.

After looking at multiple dealers for a car, we were happy to find Fullerton organized and willing to help us with what we had to offer. Our sales consultant, James Sheeley, was very kind and allowed us plenty of time to think over the deal and come to a decision that we ultimaty bought the car we were looking at.  A great experience over all.
