Brian, Michelle & their team are so incredibly nice and professional. They are more than you can ask of your mechanic...and then some. They fixed my truck on short notice and stayed a few minutes late to wrap it up and get me back on the road. You Guys Rock!!! Please don't ever change or sell! The community is a better place with people like the Nergers.

I was referred to Nerger's Auto Care to fix a leak in my transmission. I called to schedule and they were very accommodating and took my car immediately. What made it really work was their father was there to drive me back to my house when I dropped my car off. It was a pleasure talking with him on the way to my house. They diagnosed my car and called me to explain in detail what they discovered on my car and the work was completed that day. They seemed very honest and straightforward explaining the issues and the impacts. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest/personal repair shop that stands by their work. I will definitely use them again in the future

Michelle, Brian & Evan were great!!!  It's a very nice family owned business.  They treat your car as if it is their car to get you the best price!  I will definitely go back there again.

I typically don't write reviews, but this completely erked me with owner Brian.  I find there work to be impeccable, but God forbid if there is an issue with paying for repairs.  So here is the background, got a care credit card based on the recommendation from Brian the card had over 700 dollars available but for whatever reason synchrony bank was holding funds that had already posted to my card but didn't want to release the hold.  This has nothing to do with Nergers, but it also wasn't my fault, with myself and husband spending thousands of dollars at this spot never having issues paying for repairs you would think that Brian would be able to accommodate.  I even left them my damn card to run once the hold was released.  I'm not a person to get over nor not trying to pay for repairs.  To even recommend my husband here and then have to be treated like we are some blow hard off the streets completely pissed me off.   As a side note Evan and Brian's wife are amazing people to work with, unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere.  Also Brian make sure you dont talk about your employees to freaking customers completely unprofessional.

To Add he could have said give me half at least he would have partial payment until the damn bank cleared the hold, but this wasn't even an option.  This is not how you hold on to good customers. Trust me I've posted a review on the damn bank as well.

Easy to get an appointment.   Shuttle service for pick up & drop off.  Very friendly, courteous & HONEST.  Always a pleasure!
