I traveled to Fort Lauderdale from South Miami after stopping at three other dealerships. I met with Floyd G. who did not hesitate to assist me. Floyd was very helpful and knowledgeable and best of all, did not pressure me into making a decision. I left the dealership  and ended coming back a couple of days later after making my decision.  I called Floyd and let him know I was coming , he immediately had the car prepared and most of the paperwork complete. When I arrived, the transaction was very smooth and quick. Even my trip to the Finance office with Andrew was pleasant , with no attempts to try to sell you things you don't need. Overall, everyone I came in contact was helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW. A big Thank You to Floyd and Andrew for a great experience.

I was referred to BMW of Fort Lauderdale by a family member. The salesman name I was referred  to was Jacob A. and from the first time I meant him he was concern with my needs and listen to see how he could assist me. Jacob provided more than excellent service. He went over and beyond to satisfied my customer needs. I knew what I wanted but he gave me more options. He places me in every car I asked for, he wrote down all the numbers in all the combination o ask for ( leasing, financing, monthly payments, interest rates and etc) so I could review and see if it would fit my monthly expenses. Jacob follow up with me within a 30min turnaround of not that within the hour. I picked a car and was ready to start paperwork but the complicated person I am, I ask Jacob to do one more search for something a little special and right then a metallic orange BMW similar to what I was purchasing popped up and I fell in love. He provide me with a fabulous car that also fit for my budget. Thanks Jacob and I will refer everyone to you. You surpass the 💯% mark! I'm a Happy customer!!! Guys if your looking for a great salesman who is honest, straight forward, helpful, caring, understandable, and patience it's Jacob A. Ask for him!!!! I promise you, you will walk out satisfied!

From he moment I spoke to Jacob I was sold. He was not only very informative but made sure to take notes on all details and took excellent care of me. I drove 4 hours to go here because they where on point with everything. Mercedes in finance was excellent also, made the paperwork seem flawless and was very fast. I defiantly recommend them and will never go to another dealer. Hats off to everyone here, they make you feel like family not a customer.

Awful client service. We had to chase our sales representative because he never picked up the phone. 3 representatives also had to take care of us. The manager is not interested at all in helping future clients. We got rejected by them but thank God we got approved in Mercedes Benz with SO much better deal. So think twice before going here!

I had an amazing car buying experience. My first BMW and first new car are in many years. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive yet it was a no pressure experience. Special hats-off to my advisor Michael Kolanoski for exceptional knowledge & service!
