Horrible. I set an appointment prior to my warranty expiring and they called to tell me they didn't have the part available. When it did "come in" I was then forced to pay my deductible. Complete scam. This is actually the 2nd issue I had with this dealership. I had a faulty sensor, and they wanted to charge me $350 to empty my tank for "bad gas". I took it to Coconut Creek and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Fort Lauderdale is a SCAM. The two reps will convince you of many issues to your car and after a second opinion, there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I own a Q50 and it's my baby, I would never neglect any service, however it's clear when someone is scamming you.

This dealership should be the benchmark for all others.   They are straightforward - no nonsense, nice real people.  Our Sales Manager JR gave us a great deal, and best of all we were in and out in just about 2 hours. .  Abbey in Finance was quick yet thorough and made the transaction easy breezy!   Excellent buying experience.   I'll be back for my next car for sure!

Paul was AMAZING he made the whole experience so much fun! I love my new car. Hannah and the young lady doing the financing were also amazing they really took the time to explain everything to me in detail! It was all around a great experience

Five stars are not enough to rate my experience at Lauderdale Infiniti.   From Jay Rellis, my salesman, to Abbey Fayerweather, the Finance Manager, to Sam Assisi, the Sales Manager, these people are committed to making the buying experience pleasant and stress-free.   Best of all, they sold me a beautiful car at an unbeatable price!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I flew in to purchase a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle.  JR picked me up from the airport and was very knowledgeable and professional in showing the vehicle to me.   I then completed my transaction with Abby who was equally professional.  They even let me drive the car home on a day that my financial institution was CLOSED.  I was skeptical at first due to a previous bad car buying experience, but the only SURPRISE for me waiting at this dealership is just the level of professionalism I was given.   I cannot speak highly enough of this whole process and this will be the first place I will call for my next car purchase (even though I live 400 miles away).   BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE BY FAR!!!
