I dealt with Cesar in service. He was excellent to deal with, responsive and best communicator of any service advisor I've experienced at any dealership. The service level here is second to none I've experienced.

Jim in service is a fantastic resource. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Overall great value for the money & honest. Highly recommend Jim for any repairs.

Service Department is not to be trusted. I had tire insurance, reminded them that I had it but I had to pay for the tire. They said they would work on it. Never got reimbursed, well I didn't get reimbursed maybe they got paid twice for my tire. Just took it in for service for oil change etc...they called me and said I had wire showing on my front tires and they should be replaced. I said no that's ok. My tires were fine...Just sold my 2013 Granturismo MC aka Cream Puff as I never want to do business with this company again.

Great experience - Filip Tasevski / Dave sales manager of masaratti department were Excellent did 100% professional job as expected !!! I would difinilty shop with them again. Ask for them !!
