This is a very professional dealership. Eric Jones, my service advisor always strives to make your experience a great one. He takes the time to explain all service recommendations and sets up all repairs in a timely manner. He's the best. The dealership also goes the extra mile and provides coffee and doughnuts to its customers. It's a great place. I will definitely return.

Before I walked into the dealership I was highly uncertain if I would be leaving with a vehicle. I was referred to will who was very professional, we sat down and spoke about the benefits of being with Toyota then guided me through the right steps of financing my first car. I actually left with a brand vehicle with a great payment plan without great credit. This office is highly recommended for any consumer, they will help in every possible way they can. I watched a couple associates search the entire perimeter of the complex for a customer car keys which she had the entire time. As I said great service great people with the intention to help you.

This was the best service I ever experienced. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They worked with my budget. The service was also very quick maybe because it was a Wednesday. Every Lipton Toyota employee treated me with courtesy, and they will do the same for you. Give them a visit, and you will be as impressed as I was.

Mike at the area I call front Service deck was very understanding of my three issues with my Tacoma - A year old with only 4003 miles. I wasn’t overly pleasant with him. I was stern. He was understanding. Let’s see if he can relay miss truck problems properly to resolve all 3. Thanks Mike, you’re very professional
