Nice place, and very clean; they fixed my power recliner under warranty in two days - for free. Since I brought it in myself there was no pickup or delivery charge. Very professional staff and free coffee while I was waiting for them to have my chair brought up to the loading dock. Ten minutes, a free and fresh cup of coffee and I was on my way home! Thanks Mathis Brothers! 👴

The selling portion of our experience was absolutely stellar; we visited the Mathis Brothers in Reno and worked alongside a gentlemen named Josh to obtain a sofa, king bed, and TV stand. Upon delivery, the movers broke part of the king bed (one of the legs) to where it could not be assembled right then. They weren’t very apologetic and offered little assistance in getting it taken care of. They did state, after us declining for them to redeliver the broken leg a different date, they could call the Distribution Center to arrange for us to pick it up ourselves so that we would have a bed to sleep on since our old one had already been removed in preparation for the new one. Yet, when we arrive at the DC, no one seems to know what we are referring to (leading me to assume their delivery men did not actually call ahead as promised) and we are stuck waiting for 25+ after the thirty minute drive here to see if they even have the piece available. I’m not entirely sure what the underlying cause of the wait is given that we are and have been the only people in the entire DC. Would I purchase again? Absolutely, but I will never choose the delivery option again simply by how inconvenient this has been.

Great place but delivery and customer service upon delivery was terrible. Delivery drivers are part of a company’s face and front runnings. I will be back to purchase furniture but will never use delivery again. Sorry for the bad review but I don’t like being disrespected in my own home!

Great place to shop for any mattress needs, lots of various style's and price ranges. See Lou. He's great, lots of experience, and no pressure. I highly recommend this place for a great night sleep! Jake Choctaw
