Staff was very helpful. They were able to listen to what we wanted and find/modify what they had in stock. Would recommend to anyone looking for a loft/bunk bed.

I just purchased a trendwood bunk bed from this store yesterday. Upon opening the box and reading the assembly instructions I find that the top bunk is attached to the bottom bunk ONLY by 3" dowel rods. This does not seem secure enough in my opinion. I call the store to see what my options are and am told by the manager (Jake) that all of the bunk beds they sell will be assembled the same way. I tell him again that I'm not comfortable with it and he says all I can do is bring back the one I purchased for another one - no refunds. I don't see why I would want another one with the same poor assembly design. The manager kept talking over me. We couldn't come to a solution and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I will never do business here again and I would advise against anybody else doing so.
