The sales reps in the store are amazing. I was able to get all that i needed in a matter of days. However, one of the chairs that I needed was not in stock, so they had to order it. They ordered the chair in August 2017 and it is now January 2018 and I haven't got it. Every time I call customer service, they transfer me to another person who promises to call me back but they never do. They said shipping would take a max of 2 weeks but its been over three months now. I enjoyed being in the store but their delivery system sucks.

This is actually a pretty damn good furniture store. We came looking for a new living room set. The sales people didn't follow us around like used car salesmen like they do at other furniture stores. They have a huge selection. We got an awesome deal on the sectional we found. I'd recommend this store.

So me and my boyfriend finally had enough cash to go in an customize our own couch, well long story short we have been waiting over 4 MONTHS to get out couch and they have told me three weeks in a row that they are "Still picking it up" the customer service is great and so are the sales people. But They have only offer us 10% as well as free shipping. I work for a photography company and my bosses would NEVER let anyone pay money for a order that has been over 4 months. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

When I walked in the store, I wasn't bombarded by sales people but then managed to walk through the whole store and nobody asked if they could help me until I had found what I was looking for. When I was finally approached, the salesman was knowledgeable about the product and very helpful.

We love Galleria the buying experience there is always easy and laid back! Great selection of good furniture and there are no shopper stalkers ! 👍😊
