Next time I go, I will ask for Andrew again. Andew was so EASY to work with. NO PRESSURE. NO 'SHOPPER STALKING'. I saw the sofa and chairs I wanted and zoom. It was easier than imagined. Check-out was easy and courteous. Delivery was quick once the two men and truck got here. Courteous. They took all the packing materials off outside and cleaned up. Inside, I was asked to check everything out myself and sign my approval. Simple. Professional. Recommended.

Jacob and Jim took great care of us! I went in there thinking I wouldn't be able to afford anything in the store and they found a plan that worked with my credit and were very patient with my 1 year old that wanted to take off exploring. Thanks for all the help!

Went in just to loom around and wasn't haggled by anyone right way. A salesman came to me and asked if I had any questions and it all fell into place. Went in the following week and had the same saleman who was very helpful and handled everything. If you are in need of a new bedroom suite ask for Bailey Body and Taylor for a mattress. They did an awesome job getting us what we wanted in our price range. So happy I dropoed by to just look.

Excellent customer service from Tim Thayer as soon as we walked all the way to the back of the store. He greeted us immediately and let us look around. He came back and checked on us throughout our looking around. Tim stayed with us throughout our complete purchase process. Better turn out considering our immediate entrance in the store. No one greeted us or acknowledged us. We were completely happy with customer service from Tim.

No pressure salesman.. major plus!!! Was allowed to shop around the store without being pushed into a sale. Very satisfied with my purchase and was very impressed with the whole checkout and pick up process.
