I have decided that it was time for a new mattress set as the one I am using is 10 years old and keeping me awake. I am a side sleeper so I researched different types of mattresses that might fit my needs. I like Jordan's so I visited them to try out their bedding. I tend to be skeptical of sales people's full knowledge of what they are selling but was pleasantly surprised to find that my sales person was very up to date on the products she was showing me. Linda Amore was very educational as to what type would work best for me but did not pressure me into a specific mattress. She has been selling mattress sets for ten years and gets educated yearly to keep up with the new models and this was evident when she was able to answer all of my questions and some I didn't even ask. She did not rush me and I spent 2 1/2 hours before I purchased my bedding and best of all It was bellow what I had intended to spend! If you need a mattress set I highly recommend you visit Jordan's and specifically Linda if she is working, you won't be disappointed!

We are doing a reno on our house and have bought several pieces of furniture this year, and plan to purchase several more. We have worked several times with Jason Miller who is amazing. He has helped coordinate styles and fabrics and choose pieces that work well for us. He is patient and knows the inventory amazingly well. We have worked with other sales associates who were also great. The overall Jordan's experience has been great. We recommend Jordan's often.

My husband and I stopped in the Warwick store looking for a Dining Room buffet. There were many associates who offered to help, but they didn't follow your every step. Just politely offered their assistance and let us know they were available. We found the buffet of our choice and Russel Casey helped us out. The transaction was wonderful. Once we made the purchase we received an email thanking us for the purchase. Delivery was set up and went exactly as stated. When the guys arrived they saw I had hard wood floors and put felt under the feet. It's the little things that make the difference. I love my buffet and I will return to Jordan's in the future.

Bought two recliners this past weekend from Bryan. He was really helpful and not pushy at all. I explained my reservations about buying and he took the time to explain how flexsteel furniture is made differently. That is very important to me because furniture is an investment and I felt like he respected that and went the extra mile to show and explain us how it is different. We are looking forward to getting the new pieces in our home and the financing deal can't be beat!

I went into Jordan's Furniture in Warwick with my son to look at living room furniture. The sales people were very nice and did not bother us as we looked around. When finally it was time to make a decision Daniel Berg helped us. He was very nice and professional. I did buy a sofa , chair and ottoman. The furniture has not been delivered yet but as for my shopping experience it was great. Will go there again.
