The delivery team I had was professional and prompt. I received an email first stating the time my furniture would be delivered. I got a call from my delivery team when they arrived. They asked me where I wanted to set my furniture up and they assembled my furniture in about 30 minutes. That included them discarding the boxes and putting my mattress on the bed. Note the mattress I already had here. They were very pleasant and quick. I enjoyed my experience with Bob from the time I entered there store to time my furniture was assembled. I Absolutely would buy from Bob's again.

I had a problem on delivery two times where the China piece of my dining room set was damaged on the initial delivery and again on the follow up delivery. I called customer service due to my frustrations and I told them that I wanted a refund and for them to take back all of the furniture. The rep must have thought that she was speaking to someone stupid and told me that I was not entitled to a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting 30 minutes to speak to one, she told me that they were entitled to three delivery attempts to make it good and that I was not entitled to a refund until the third delivery attempt (I really did not know that the three strike rule actually existed, I must be dumb!). If you order something (a set in this case) and they cannot make good on it, then you have every right to a refund (A FACT and if customer service will not give you a refund, then dispute it with your credit card company). I decided to call the actual store where I made the purchase and George the manager helped me. I made him aware of the situation and also reminded him that I am a two-time customer to date totaling of about $8,000 in furniture from his store. He was extremely helpful and definitely more educated and customer friendly than customer service was. The third attempt was a success and George personally called to make sure that we were satisfied. The only reason why I would go back to Bob's is because of George' professionalism, otherwise I would take my business elsewhere. My conclusion is that Bob's needs a new customer service team and George should receive a large bonus or a pay raise for the way he handled my situation.

Great experience at Bobs! Wonderful staff members. Especially Trisha Clegg. She answered all of my questions, explained everything to the T all around great sales lady. I would recommend anyone who is shopping here to ask for her... 5 stars. Thanks again!!!

Great experience with this store, particularly Trisha in Sales. She gave me her word that she would give her best effort to move up my delivery, and she came through! I highly recommend that you ask for Trish if you visit this location.

Great customer service! We were working with Julie B and she was fantastic. We came into the store and wanted a living room set and a complete dining set for first time homeowners. We put a deposit down and came back a couple weeks later. Julie was generous to come into work on her day off to help us finance. She was patient with me while I asked advice about furniture matching and decor. Thanks so much Julie and we will for sure recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to others. 😊👍
