Sure the sales personnel are pleasant and the selection is eclectic, but the quality is just not there. If you’re looking for short term furniture that looks great then buy here, EVERY piece of furniture I’ve gotten here through the years is defective in some way. I should have learned my lesson by now. The Management is not responsive and will make false statements to appease you temporarily. Someone needs to oversee their commitments and obligations. If you want a headache about a sofa or anything defective buy here! once you take delivery you are on your own.

My salesman, Phil B., was very friendly and although having just started working for Mealey's was very knowledgeable about their products. When he wasn't sure about a question I asked he did not hesitate to ask a senior sales rep for the information to make sure I had the correct answer. He took his time with me, never making me feel rushed, while I made up my mind about which items I wanted to purchase. He was honest and thorough and made the experience much less stressful than I had experienced elsewhere. I was very happy with the quality and selection of the furniture but found that the Mealey's website did not provide info on all of the merchandise and, in fact, provided incorrect information -such as dimensions of products and pricing. I have made several additional purchases at the Oxford Valley store and would shop there again.

Entered your Langhorne store on Black Friday and was immediately greeted by a fantastic sales person who knew her business. She listened to our needs and directed us to the proper area where we found exactly what we needed. Checked for in stock status and set up delivery for the following Wednesday. Made our mother very happy to receive her new Broyhill sofa which was a perfect selection for her. Not too low, not too deep and very pretty. Delivery was right on time with courteous drivers who brought in the sofa and made sure we were happy before they left. Couldn't have been more happy with the service and will be back for any furniture needs.

This was my second time making a big purchase of furniture from Mealey's, and I couldn't be happier. My past purchase of bedroom, dining room and living room furniture has held up well over the past 2 years. Mealey's has a great selection of furniture, good prices and great sales people. In particular, I had a great experience working with Phil Bronstein. At most other furniture stores, I have had pushy sales people who creepily follow you around the store. At Mealey's, Phil was extremely low-pressure, but still helped me find the furniture that matched my needs at a great price. I highly recommend both Mealey's and Phil!

If I could give fewer than zero stars, I would. We ordered our couch and ottoman in November of 2016 and were told that it would arrive in January of 2017 due to height holiday demand. We didn't receive our couch until June 2017! Despite multiple calls and attempts at a refund, nothing could be done to get it earlier. When we finally got our couch, they had brought the wrong ottoman. We had to reorder the ottoman in the 'right' color since the salesman did not do that correctly the first time. Another 3 months go by before the correct ottoman was delivered. It was a horrible 10 month experience and would never return. The only positive experience we had was the delivery men. They were great and able to get things taken care of efficiently. They were on time and extremely kind. However, the delivery alone would not bring me back to this store.
