Worthless platinum protection. Furnished my whole home with them along with this "full coverage warrantee" that supposedly would even replace any of our furniture if we were unhappy with the quality of it was damaged for 5 years. The seams are separating and the zippers have separated as well. Customer service now says I would have to pay for them to be fixed. Hardly 2 years into our purchase and "platinum protection".

Very rude and pushy. I was told i wouldnt know what to look for unless i had "20 yrs worth of experience George" following me around the store. After that experience I wouldnt spend a free gift card in this store.

Beware.  They jack up their prices during sales to make it seem like you're getting a good deal.  I purposely called them out on it and they wouldn't honor the discounted price it was marked at the day before.  My last purchase from them was delivered and the driver dinged up my wall.  Said I'd get a call from the store manager the next day.  It took me 6 phone calls, several weeks and a visit to the showroom to get a true answer from anyone.  Management is terrible.  They laughed in my face when I asked for help.  I'm not one to complain but when you get terrible service like this, you don't want others to go through the same thing.  I found the EXACT same furniture set at another big name furniture store for a third of the price and the service was a trillion times better.  Thanks to the Jenkintown Raymour & Flanigan store and their childish level of service/management, I will never set foot in their store ever again.  Don't make the same mistake I made!
