I have been with State Farm in NM since 2006.  Unfortunately, since Yolanda left it has gone down hill.  I emailed, called, and was disconnected several times on a claim.  Then when I called back it was like Groundhog Day all over again.  Yolanda used to personally check in by phone a few times a year. I have had no check in calls since she left. I honestly want to switch home insurance.

Bob's team has taken care of our policies forever and I would never dream of going to another agent.  Our questions are always answered promptly and more importantly, they actually CARE about their policyholders.  I've had a great relationship with Bob's team my entire time being with State Farm.
