I have been with Lanell Anderson for almost 20 years. From the beginning I have received excellent service and felt personally cared for. I like that agents stay for many years so they know me when I call. I recently bought a new car. When I called to ask them to create a new policy and send it to the dealership, Chris took care of it immediately. Now, THAT is service. I am a  long-time, appreciative customer.

I have been with State Farm for over two years now, and recently moved my business to Lanell Anderson's office. I must say that I am very pleased with the service I have received from Chris and the rest of Lanell's staff. They are all courteous, professional, and very responsive.  Thanks Lanell, Chris, and all the staff. You are doing a great job!

Great service, been with them for years and never had any issues. They have gotten much better about contacting us yearly to see if we qualify for any discounts which is important to us. Really like State Farm as a company as a whole, wouldn't want go anywhere else. Lanell Anderson's team makes it easy to stay!

If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. i didn't think i'll find an insurance company like this. the staff there are amazing and very helpful. i highly recommend them for anyone. thank you so much guys
