Marty is friendly and Kasha is the best agent EVER. I've never had any problems with them. I actually feel like I'm working with friends rather than a corporation.

Unprofessional chaotic office.  They like to talk on the phone a lot, and at length to the point of exhaustion, but they will not communicate effectively in writing.  Finally had to find a new insurance company after being assured by Marty Saiz that I had coverage and that he would be responsible for follow up.  I had no clue if I was covered what my bill was after they worked to correct an overcharging error.  They call at all hours and expect you to be ready to deal with your account at anytime when in the age of cell phones its not practical to do business when driving.  Just a mess of a business to have to deal with, months went by (3) and I had to give up.  I can only hope my insurance didn't lapse on account of dealing with these people.

I had my account on autopay, debit card expired and they cancelled my insurance.  No call what so ever.   Switched to another provider and saved some money doing it.
