I wish I could give them a lower rating because they like to call and remind you that your family died. I had called them the first time to report that she passed away, and they were very helpful, but the same person LINDA that I talked before asked why we took her off. Then her boss defended her saying it's because she calls alot of people and just forgot to put it into her notes.

It's great when people remind you that one of the only people that you cared about in your life is DEAD.

When someone dies in front of you, I hope people are nicer to you LINDA & KRISTA.

Will never use this agency again moved our auto because they lied about a claim and would never send proof if insurance cards and left home insured with them and now that we sold the home in Jan they still had insurance on the property and wont refund the the prorated amount we are owed. The funny part is they are the ones who called me saying i have a check ready.

Krista is always willing to work around your needs. I love the fact that i can get everything done by email or online with her office. She has proven to cover all type of policies including landlord coverage (rental properties). Highly recommended and easy to work with. She is not pushing to sell you unnecessary items
