Wonderful facility with personal trainers dedicated to your fitness goals. For the one on one program, I had a two hour sit-down with Tasso so he could gauge a workout schedule tailored specifically to my needs and which would provide the best results. I highly recommend Bodez to anyone serious about improving their health and well being.

I was looking for a place that understood that I can't do what I did years ago. Their one on one program is perfect in the fact that it pushes you but at the same time they understand your limitations. I've been through all types of gyms and trainers in my life and Bodz ranks well at the top of the list.

the program they roped me into did not exsist!  There were no weight loss meetings.  I saw the lady one time and then she was never available. Tasso is a liar and a theif! I know of two others who have had the same experience.
