The female staff there were very very rude..I'm heavy and they treated me as I were invisible. I asked to use the blue light machine. .first time and she knew it..she wouldn't even show me where it was or how to work it..I stood there for 5 minutes after finding the machine not even knowing how to turn it on. This attitude continued and finally ran me out of going. .I would go with a thinner person and they'd be all nice to them. Showing them everything but literally act as though I wasn't even standing there.  I went there to get better and ended up leaving feeling worse. They need to pay attention to the several reviews about rude staff. .because there are plenty. .it is driving customers away!!!!!

My husband has been a member for the last three years. He has decided to cancel his membership because he doesn't use it. Our current location is closed because of hurricane Irma. No one answers the phone to the gym. I tried contacting the company by email. They are telling us we will continue to be charged until we physically go in to that location and cancel the account! We can't do that because it's closed!!!! We will be charged a yearly fee next month along with the monthly fee! This is ridiculous! Be warned if you are thinking of entering into a contract with this company!

Nice gym with plenty of machines; however, the place could use a good cleaning.  I have worked out at different gyms in the past and staff would be cleaning throughout the day.  Here, the staff stays behind the desk.  

Also, many members don't wipe the machines down.  I blame this on too few sprayers and paper towel dispensers and lack of more signage.  Plus, staff doesn't wipe down the machines when they show new members how to use the machines.  

If you do use this gym, I suggest wiping the machines down prior to using them and then again after using them.

Awful, unclean and unsafe. Hardly any room and staff is uncaring. Cancelled my membership and still get charged each month, list my cancellation form because staff is clueless. Establishment is poorly run and the staff itself is the worst I've seen at a gym.
