I was in town for work and found East Ormond Crossfit on google maps and was totally impress with all fascists of the box! 

From Melissa to Jason, Leslie, Maggie, Shawn and Preston they really know how to coach anyone from competition ready athletes to beginners! 

If you need a great place to work out whether on free weights, training or crossfit this is the best place to go! 

And don’t forget they have the best ready made meals in town!

Dropped in for a workout and found a great place.  The staff was great and very helpful.   My wife is new and they were great with helper her with new movements.

Definitely my favorite place to get a solid workout in. The people are amazing and encouraging, and the facility is great! If you want to find a good Crossfit family, this is the place to go; it makes working out 10x better!
