I've been a member of this gym for over a year now and I must admit that the conditions are deteriorating.The facility should be maintained  in a clean and orderly fashion. This certainly enhances the workout experience. I observed all over the ceiling and corner areas cobwebs. The woman's  bathroom reeks of odoriferous emanations like a pungent musty smell. The proximity of the running machines to each other impregnates the users nostrils with the pungent sweat secretions of the user next to you. This evening I went to run about 7:30 p.m., to my surprise there were only 5 running machines available, I guess everyone elected to run tonight. I went to the front desk and complained about it and the nice young lady apologized, I asked how cold are they keepthe building? and she responded 71. I also had the opportunity to let her know that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom sometimes. I do not have a contract anymore so I will be looking for another gym. The owner needs to appraised that the facility is presently unacceptable and address the matter.

Good Zumba and yoga classes includes dressing rooms and protein shake bar. Nice personnel.

Good gym and teachers. Must be good at exercise cuz instructors are hard core!! Just think army basic training :) been going their 6 yrs!

Best gym in town.  Everyone who works here that I’ve spoken to is ultra friendly and always smiling.   Definitely recommend coming here over any other local gym.
