Bodyplex is a 24/7 accessible gym with key card access. We are a full-service fitness facility with extensive strength, cardio, and group fitness classes featuring the Les Mills class programs. We offer wet stream and dry saunas, tanning, childcare, full locker rooms, and much more. BodyPlex represents the belief that fitness should be and can be about much more than just another workout. I have been a member for over 11 years and it is a great gym.  The equipment is great especially the dressing room.  Always trying to improve the service and the facility.

This gym is the best in North Georgia area. The team is really nice and very professional. They keep the place spotless. The classes are great and instructors are wonderful. Go to the this gym if you want to be really fit.

7/10*. Great staff and friendly people that want to get to know you and help you. I signed for 3 months during the summer so I could keep my gains made during weight training at school, and with hard work I toppled my previous weight lifting capabilities and exceeded my own expectations; I couldn't have done it without the great advice that I recieved from the good ole folk that workout there. My only complaints would be that the locker room smells off (like mildew or something), and that there are no sweat towels available for use other than some paper ones. Also a huge con at this gym and others in this town is that there are no bumper/drop plates. Just a small cheap set stacked in the corner would be great for those of us that use deadlift and powerclean in our routines! Still an amazing gym and I urge anyone looking to improve upon themselves to join!

Great gym!  Amazing owners and staff!  Can't beat the group training classes either.  Not your ordinary run of the mill gym.  You will not be disappointed.  Tanning and childcare available as well.  
Keep up the Great Job Body Plex!!!!!
