Story

MVMNT Gym is dedicated to developing strength and conditioning in a fun and challenging environment. We offer small group classes where you'll learn to get stronger, run faster, jump higher and feel better all around. Our goal is constant progress. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and we strive to foster a spirit of camaraderie among our membership and with anyone seeking peak performance.

I have never felt more welcome at a gym as I feel at MVMNT. The coaches are great - always making sure you're performing your best and encouraging you to push harder.. my fellow members are always welcoming you with a great smile. I recommend this gym to everyone who's willing to either loose weight, get stronger or simply want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to MVMNT for making my mornings and some of my evenings happier.

The coaches are great. Their main concern is safety and good form. The facility is awesome!! An overall great place to train. The sense of community is great, it feels like being apart of a family.

Truly a great community of coaches/trainers that care about your overall health and wellness. Not your typical globo-gym or crossfit box, but a true functional movement ideology, taught by trainers who care about you learning correctly, gaining strength, and feeling optimal. I have been pushed in ways I didn't ever think I could ask for, safely and at my own pace.

My home away from home...I've belonged to MVMNT since June 2013 and this gym is a huge anchor as to why I won't leave Cobb Co. I have found a community of people that are diverse, educated in what they teach, and truly practice the core of their beliefs in functional movement. The programming is adjusted based on your skill and ability level and the coaches will not allow you to work out at an upper level without being able to consistently exhibit performance and completing the level test they have designed. The community of coaches and members is supportive and truly care about each other. I personally participate in the Tribe olympic lifting team where the programming is done by our coach Lyndzey. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Joining Tribe has transformed me physically, mentally and socially. I absolutely LOVE olympic weightlifting and love lifting with people who are also passionate about what they do. The injury rate is very low at the gym, which is the #1 indicator that they're doing it right!

My husband got me my membership here almost 3 years ago as a birthday gift and it has been the best gift ever! I had never done anything like CrossFit before and I was intimidated, but from the moment I walked in I saw that there were people here just like me, all ages, all walks of life. Since starting at CrossFit on the Square, my fitness had increased drastically and I am stronger and fitter than ever. My husband is now a member also and we love being a part of the welcoming community present here.
