Absolutely LOVE this gym! Have been a member for over a month now, and am really enjoying the excellent facilities, the friendly staff, the choice of classes, and the great atmosphere. This club has everything that I need to pursue my health goals. I have been extremely pleased with the value that I am getting from my membership. I used to belong to a much higher priced gym, but decided to look around for a better deal. So glad that I did! My husband and I are now BOTH members at Gold’s for $33 less a month than I was paying for just myself at my previous gym! This Gold’s has all the same facilities as the higher priced club, but with an additional inside walk/running track, and the only thing I have to do additionally is bring my own lock (if I want to use the lockers) and bring my own towel. No worries, there. That is more than a good trade off in my book. Also – loved this gym’s NO PRESSURE sales technique. Very different from the hard sell that some gym’s put you through!!

My husband and I joined Golds Gym a couple months ago when we relocated to the area. We enjoy going to the gym a few times a week and, being new to the area, enjoy the community cultivated at Golds Gym. I have also signed up for personal training and love the variety of workouts and personalized attention I have received from my trainer. I believe my trainer truly cares about, not only my fitness, but my overall well-being. I am so happy we decided to join Golds Gym when we were "gym shopping" a few months ago. Thank you to the staff and trainers who invest their time and energy into creating a fun place to go be fit where my husband and I also can spend quality time together!

Great prices, not over crowded on any type of equipment or class in 2 month I've been consistent. Spin class (sprint) was awesome. They have a specialty area if you're a bit worried about getting in the way with inexperienced, balance or agility work. Trainers and staff are friendly and they have child care... 24/5 with 7 to 7 on weekends. Solid gym.

Great gym. Love coming here. This is the 3rd time I've signed up with golds now. The first two times I went through a lot of things in life and got behind on payments, it happens. Also the management back then was horrible, I'm very glad to see where it is now. Only issue I've had is with my new account. They took out 80 dollars last week and I'm still waiting on the bank to refund it. I understand there was a confusion of my paperwork. Also I paid 75 for a new contract just to be told I was going to go back to my second contract. Should I get that 75 refunded as well?

I've visited multiple gyms in the past--ranging from small minimal planet fitness locations to gyms that go over the top like lifetime fitness. Gold's Gym is my favorite because it offers the intimate feel that a smaller gym gives you but also provides the space needed to have a good workout when you visit at a popular time to workout. This Gold's Gym has everything you need for a good work out--tons of cardio equipment, any and every machine you can think of, resistance training, all sorts of ab workout resources, a pool and HOT TUB, a full size basketball court, and even a sauna. Plus, child care for your littles ones. And you don't have to break the bank to have access to all this. This gym will not disappoint.
