At 9Round, we're changing the fitness game. Our fast-paced, effective circuit training workouts are designed to get the heart pumping and keep things fresh and fun. Every visit delivers full-body results in a quick, convenient 30-minute window. We don't do scheduled classes -- our members just stop in and get to work with our motivational trainers, so you can work out whenever you have time. We love sharing our passion for staying active and living healthy with the Marietta community, whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to hit the next level. Come in, grab your wraps and a pair of gloves, and get ready to sweat!

This gym gives me a challenging, FULL BODY workout every time I go!!I I'm confident I'll shed the etra pounds and reach my fitness goal by continuing to attend. The trainers and owners are amazing and care about our results! I highly recommend this gym to anyone of all fitness levels! Where else can you burn this many calories in only 30 mins?

This gym has been a great option for someone like me. I have a really hectic schedule that is never the same from one day to the next. The open format allows me to show up whenever it's convenient for me, and still get the structure and motivation from a one on one trainer. The staff is knowledgeable and great with keeping you on track and improving technique for core and endurance type of circuit training. I'd recommend 9 Round Marietta to anyone.

The best 30 minute workout around! Trainers are awesome and workouts change every day so you get maximized results in minimal time. The 9round family is with you every day and round to help keep you focused and working hard. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by the friendly faces that make working out fun- while still kicking my butt! It is by far my favorite workout ever!

I LOVE this workout! No class times and only 30 minutes, so if your schedule is tight it works perfectly! The 30 minutes went so fast, and it was such a great workout. You're focused on your technique and listening to the trainer, so even though you are working hard, you don't even realize it! The personal trainer helped me through each station. A cross between a fitness class and having a personal trainer (prices are closer to what you would pay for a fitness class, but all the benefits of having your own personal trainer).

9Rund Kickboxing is a great total body workout!! I loved it because it only takes 30 minutes. By the time I realize I am working out it is over with and I feel great and accomplished by the end of it. The first workout is FREE just so you can get a feel for it and see how you like it. There is ALWAYS a trainer there to guide you along the way, encourage you, and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and safely. The workout starts when you get there, so no need to worry about being late or too early for a "class time" like other gyms. My favorite part is that the workout changes daily so I never get bored!!
