Bohme is by far my favorite store because of the girls, especially Abbie. I love the service, positive atmosphere and how personal the girls are. Every shopping experience here has been nothing less than amazing! I won't even step foot into Buckle anymore because of the contrast. I was shocked to learn that the girls at Bohme aren't paid on commission. Check out Bohme if you haven't already, and you will be glad you did : )

This shop consistently has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I came in with an online return and the girl very rudely said she can't accept online returns in store. It specifically says on their website that you can return online merchandise to a store. Second poor experience was with an exchange for a damaged top. The tags were still attached and I had the receipt. I wanted to exchange it for the exact same top. The associate proceeds to tell me I can "take it or leave it but at Bohme we don't accept damaged merchandise" I will never visit the south towne location again.
