Store is always clean and the displays always look really nice. I notice this store has more of a variety for women's clothes than the one in west jordan. I always get exceptional service when I go in.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Thank you for racially profiling me while I was shopping and asking me 5 different times within a 10 minute period to hold my things at the register every time I picked something up to look at it, eventually making my boyfriend and I so uncomfortable we chose not to finish our shopping and bought what we had in our hand just to prove we weren't trying to shoplift. Never felt so bad about shopping anywhere as I did here. I won't return and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Tilly's has the cutest clothes but something is definitely wrong with their backend system (if you're shopping online). A couple weeks ago I placed an order for a shirt and a few days later received an email saying that item was out of stock. Annoying but whatever. THEN a few days ago I placed another order for a shirt and AGAIN got an email a few days later saying that's out of stock too.... I shouldn't be able to order if it's out of stock... I work in online retail too and there are definitely ways to fix this so customers aren't repeatedly disappointed. Fix your backend!

workers only say they helped you to get a good rating or promotion or something. otherwise its okay. if you have add or adhd dont go in there.
