AMAZING! I went here with my friends just to hang. We needed a present for a parent and all of the staff was super nice! The bathrooms and eating places were clean and awesome! I also ate at a subways. The staff there was amazing and really joyful! Love this place! Really recommend it for people without a good hang place.

Just went here recently looking for a birthday gift for my mother. I was so impressed by the friendly staff, and the help they provided me with. I was also blown away by how clean and organized the store was. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

I really dislike this Macy's. We just moved from Utah county where I visited the very clean Macy's at Orem frequently. This Macy's was a shock. It's not clean. The carpets are dirty and the clothing department was super messy. I checked their website before I visited on a weeknight and it said they closed at 9. I just got in a dressing room close to 7:40 and they started announcing they were closing at 8. I didn't get to try on most of my clothes and they kept announcing over and over that they were closing and locking the doors. I have never experienced so many repeated closing announcements in a department store and it felt very military and unfriendly. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Went here looking for a tie for my younger brother for prom they had a wonderful clearance section that had exactly what I was looking for what impressed me the most was how organized the store is.

If shopping in department stores is something that you like than this one is worth a visit. Well organised, good displays and staff is friendly and courteous. Also returns are straight forward.
