Awesome food and service! Cheryl was especially attentive. The area manager was there and the staff were discussing a new spicy french fry item topped with nacho cheese, beans, beef just like their nachos. They gave us a sample & they were great. My family and I always enjoy eating at the location on Jake Alexander Blvd. in Salisbury, NC. But today was exceptionally nice. We're definitely looking forward to all the new items coming this year!

As always Taco Bell was on it's A game. This particular trip was excellent. The cashier (can't remember her name) was very polite & helpful. We tried something new, she was very informative and gave her honest opinion and that helped us make our decision!!! The restaurant was clean and stocked. Even for a fast food place, it was a very nice change to walk into a clean "friendly" atmosphere. Many fast food places have entirely too many employees that don't want to be there. Thanks Taco Bell!

I had a terrible experience on last night/early this morning 2/3/18. I went through the drive through received my order checked it, I circled & went back through the drive through as the fries were cold & the gordita crunch & taco were cold. I requested fresh hot fries. I was assured by the drive through person who was extremely nice that they would redo everything fresh for me and instructed me to go around front & they would bring it out to me. I drove around & sat with my engine running as it was 21 degrees, then a young man motioned for me to go back through the drive through which had another 3 cars in the drive through. This by then was my 3rd time in the drive through, received my food once again & the only thing hot & fresh was the nacho cheese sauce for the fries! I was very disappointed, hungry & frustrated! I have visited the store on 3 other occasions & never had a freshness problem. I don't know what happened but I was very disappointed and upset as someone did not take the extra care to ensure my food was hot & fresh as I had been through the drive through 3 times! I was given some of the same partially cold fries with hot cheese!

Great people work here and that makes all the difference. When you go in to order, everyone is just real nice and very friendly. It makes the basic, mundane experience of getting fast food fun and enjoyable. They've never messed up my order in the 20+ years I've been going here and the food is as good as any taco bell can be.

The cashier up front (des) was so kind to us.she went above and beyond to take care of us while we were inside and even outside!! She was on break when we left and helped my mother get into the car. What an amazing employee you have taco bell!!
