I visited in December 2017. I took my kids here to get dinner. What a mistake! THE STAFF IS RUDE AND SMART MOUTHED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order, there was nobody inside, I decided we had waited long enough. We turned to leave and one employee shouted "I guess you don't want chicken tonight" and another employee shouted "Bye!" I contacted Bojangles on their website about these model fast food workers (that could NEVER be worth $15 an hour) and they never got back to me. Someone else will happily let you spend your money with them, you should do it. Popeyes is my suggestion. At least there you don't have to deal with the welfare queens I had to deal with here! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bojangles has a good breakfast. They offer Chicken biscuits, Bacon/egg/cheese biscuits, sausage/egg/cheese, bo-berry biscuits, bo-rounds, etc. They also have really good sweet tea. It has just the right amount of sugar in it. It is not too sweat, like Hardees and Mcdonalds. The only negative thing I have is that they are a little on the pricey side for breakfast, but is good.

We went through the drive thru and even though we received the food, we were barely spoken to. My husband thanked the lady twice and she didn’t even acknowledge he was speaking. This is the 3rd time we have been here and had bad service. Time to move on down the road. What a shame!!! This USE to be our favorite place in Carrollton to eat.
