We worked with Daniel Wirth to help find new tenants when we had to unexpectedly break our lease. He was so pleasant to work with, came to photograph our apartment for us, and made the process SO easy. The first couple he showed to actually took the place. He had great knowledge of the building and navigating the process, that made it seamless and stress-free for us. I highly recommend Daniel!

“It was great luck that Citi Habitats among thousands of its sales associates, assigned Daniel Wirth to represent my apartment on 8 Spruce street for sublease. It was not an easy task when my building together with many other luxury buildings were offering one month to two and half month free rent to compete for renters. Beyond that our building management has extensive requirements for tenancy and lengthy lease agreement to complete. In this environment Daniel Wirth found me a highly quality tenant within a few days after the ad was out. Not only he showed it on a Saturday and closed the deal for me on the following Tuesday, he assisted the sub leaser (say buyer) step by step to go through the lengthy application process. He never gave me any pressure to close the deal just to benefit himself. He genuinely cares about his clients’ needs. With clarity of mind, knowledge of the market, 1000 % of honesty, ethics and sincerity, he gains full trust of the buyer and seller. It’s not so often one comes across an agent of this high caliber in character and values. One more thing worth mentioning. Daniel possess a very special wide-angle camera, combined with his talent in choosing the best angle and composition, he makes your real estate so appealing on the web. It not only saved me $600 for a photo shoot by a professional photographer, I got the best pictures. Pictures are worth more than a thousand word.  I am still thankful for his help and grateful to Citi Habitats who assigned Daniel Wirth to represent me.”

Daniel Wirth

I can not begin to say how stressful the apartment search process is. For myself, at first, I was searching all over and trying to see as many places as possible but nothing ever truly interested me. I came across an apartment for which Daniel was showing, but it did not work out for me. However, Daniel stayed in touch, thought of me and reached back out as soon as he got a listing of new apartments  in the area I was interested that hit the market. Within legit 5 minutes of him receiving the list he called me. He called me immediately and wasted no time given how fast studio apartment go. Given how fast he was and how quickly he made it happen I was able to secure a perfect apartment for an AMAZING deal. Daniel was truly unbelievable throughout this entire process. He really made everything so smooth and unlike some of the other brokers I have come across through the apartment search he was completely honest with me and did not play any games. He worked around the clock and was responsive to all my communication. He was an absolute workhorse and just got it done. For anyone looking to rent in NYC, I would for sure recommend Daniel. He has your best interest in his mind and wants too see you happy unlike other brokers in NYC.

Daniel Wirth was a huge help in a stressful situation.  Finding new tenants to break a lease seemed impossible, but the first couple he got into our apt took it!!  He had such a great knowledge of the building and management company, and made sure everything went smoothly.  I am very thankful for all that he did, and I would recommend anyone who needs to find an apartment in NYC to work with Daniel!!!
